My name is Shama, meaning fire, and my work is born from years of acquainting myself with the Himalayas.
Through the Rig Vedic lineage of Agnihotri Sadhana, I share the Yoga of Mystic Fire, a practical system of yoga in movement derived from the rhythmic format of pilgrimage. This Nature based practice uses breath, conscious motion, sacred sounds, internal visualization & nature landscapes to ignite a physical, tangible current of warmth right at your core, connecting you directly to the living fire within your heart. The practice is a living culture of nature worship and feminine-centered Shakti traditions of Nepal, where natural landscapes are treated as living active participants in your awareness and Yogic practice.
I bring people directly into this experience through guided Inner Fire retreats and Himalayan pilgrimage immersion journeys.

In the Himalayas, women begin to feel their inner Shakti awakening, and their profound connection with the living earth.
