Shama is a Medical Doctor (MBBS) and an instructor of Vedic Mystic Fire Yoga, dedicating her life to the ancient lineages of the Rig Veda, the oldest Yogic text.
She is a guide for the woman who knows her body is a temple but wants to experience it as a raw, elemental force of nature. Shama leads sacred pilgrimages to the ancient Shakti sites of the Nepalese Himalayas, potent vortices where the wisdom of the Divine Feminine flows uninterrupted through the land and its people. In the presence of these sacred peaks, the superficial layers of modern survival burn away.
Walking with Shama, you will learn Nature & Fire based Yoga practices to transmute the raw grit and physical exertion of the mountain trail into a profound spiritual initiation. Here, you remember your ancient, inseparable bond with the wild earth and learn to house the brilliant, uninterrupted current of Shakti within your everyday life.
