WELCOME TO AADRIKA YOGA
Inner fire Nature Based Yoga, Shakti Himalayan Pilgrimages & Retreats

My name is Shama, and it means fire. As fate unfolded, I found my calling in the ancient classical path of Inner Fire Yoga.

As its name suggests, Inner Fire Yoga ignites an inner process of awakening, where the doors of direct communion with nature begin to open from within. It is a structured yet living set of nature-based yoga practices that can be woven into everyday life itself. One does not need to withdraw from the world or remain still; instead, the practice moves with you, through breath,  and presence in ordinary everyday moments. In this way, it becomes a companion for modern living, deeply practical, yet profoundly transformative.

These practices deepen and intensify when combined with conscious hikes, mindful fire ceremonies, and pilgrimages through the energetically charged landscapes of the Himalayas, where a natural shift into higher states of awareness can arise with remarkable ease.

Nepal is a land where consciousness feels alive in the landscape itself, where ancient feminine worshipping traditions still continue to flow through culture, ritual, and daily life. Through guided journeys, participation in local nature-based practices, and meaningful connection with village communities, there is an opportunity to reawaken this age-old wisdom within oneself.

If you feel drawn to something deeper within you, and wish to experience the sacred Himalayas together, you are warmly invited to connect.

LET THE MYSTIC FIRE GUIDE YOU

Guided by Dr. Shama K — MBBS, Qigong & Inner Fire Yoga Instructor

Shama is a Medical Doctor (MBBS), Qigong and Inner Fire Yoga Instructor, and a teacher of heart-centered Vedic practices originating in the wisdom of the Rig Veda, the oldest Yogic text.

She leads Sacred Women Pilgrimages to the ancient Shakti sites of the Himalayas, powerful places where the wisdom of the Divine Feminine continues to flow through land and tradition. Through these journeys, women are invited to awaken their inner Shakti, rediscover their inseparable connection with nature and the living feminine energy that flows through all life, and embody the fullness of their sacred womanhood.

In the Himalayas, women begin to feel their inner Shakti awakening, and their profound connection with the living earth.
